The name Cala Millor means 'the Better Bay,' and the beach that bears the name is widely considered to be among the most beautiful and extensive beaches located along the eastern coast of Mallorca. The beach extends for more than one kilometer in length and has a good deal of width for people of all age groups to enjoy. The water is pristine and crystal clear, and the sand is white with very small grains. The relatively open nature of the bay does, however, mean that there is the potential for days with significant wave activity. So it is a great spot for surfers.

The beach provides its guests with all of the typical amenities, including sun loungers, sunshades, showers, and restrooms. There is a charming coastal area with a variety of eateries, coffee shops, pubs, and souvenir shops all along the beach. The seaside path can be followed all the way to Cala Bona, which is the next town over.

How to explore Cala Millor Beach?

  • Because of the beach's excellent sand and relatively calm waves, it is almost ideal for families with young children. However, it would be best preferred if you kept a close eye on the waves because they can frequently generate undercurrents.
  • You will get a lot of opportunities to participate in a wide variety of water sports at the beach in Cala Millor, including parasailing, banana boating, and jet skiing. In addition, there is a windsurfing school right there at the shore.
  • A pedestrian street can be found behind and parallel to the seafront. This street features an enticing assortment of restaurants, cafés, and lounges. Sapori d'Italia, which specializes in Italian cuisine, and Toni's Restaurant, which serves food with a Spanish flavor, are two of the best restaurants in which you can dine.
  • Along the seashore, which is dotted with palm and pine trees, there are a number of large hotels that cater to families and offer affordable rates to stay.
  • Additionally, there is a great deal of shops, the majority of them are located along the pedestrian strip. You can buy souvenirs or some gifts from these shops.
  • When you need a change from the beach, you can embark on one of the many available boat cruises or head to Porto Cristo to see the famous dragon caves.
