Stade Pierre Mauroy

Lille OSC needed a new, cutting-edge home, so Stade Pierre Mauroy, formerly Grand Stade Lille Métropole, was constructed. It is the new location in the Lille area for major sporting (football, rugby, basketball, tennis, handball, etc.) and cultural (concerts, shows, etc.) events.

Consider getting rewards or hosting events here:

You can take advantage of public relations promotions, which include VIP seats, private boxes, and open boxes, for various major events held at the Stadium. Additionally, the stadium offers 10,000m2 of reception spaces reserved solely for your business events, such as incentive programmes, staff meetings, conventions, corporate galas, exhibitions, forums, and so forth.

Learn about its distinguishing features:

It was constructed in 2012 and has a distinctive feature: one half of the field is supported by hydraulics and can be moved to sit above the other. As a result, a second lower level floor plan and surrounding seats known as Boîte à Spectacles are created, which can be used for basketball, tennis, or music performances.

Additionally, the stadium has two windmills, solar panels, and a retractable roof that generate electricity.

Embrace cutting-edge technology being deployed here:

Stade Pierre Mauroy, formerly Grand Stade Lille Métropole, is the most cutting-edge multi-use stadium. Three distinct areas have varying resolutions, each offering the ideal condition for playing the necessary media.

A façade that in one moment fascinates with its elegance and clarity and in the next brings the stadium to life through atmospheric light and colour was the idea of the architectural team of Valode & Pistre and Pierre Ferret.

They placed extremely strict requirements on the media façade system's adaptability to realise this concept.

These requirements were met by HAVER & BOECKER's IMAGIC WEAVE® transparent media façade.

Know about matches that have taken place here:

One of the venues used for the Euro 2016 Championships matches was Stade Pierre Mauroy, which also hosted the quarterfinal between Wales and Belgium (3-1) and four group matches.

Know more about its perusal of CSR:

The stadium has concretely entered into an ambitious dynamic of environmental protection. Food, responsible purchasing, waste recycling, control of water and energy consumption, sustainable mobility, preservation of biodiversity, accessibility and the promotion of gender equality in positions of responsibility are the priorities of the commitments of this charter.
