Things to do at the KBR National Park

  • Understand the schematic design of the park:

The 142-acre Kasu Brahmananda Reddy national park is split neatly into two zones, one smaller than the other.

Conservation Zone 1

Zone 1 is the larger of the two sections, with 86.50 hectares.

The preservation of nature is the main focus of this area of the park.

Numerous planned activities exist, including strategies to conserve water, maintain the ecological balance, and manage soil and moisture.

Zone 2

There are 56 hectares total in this zone. The Wildlife Protection Act partially covers even the visitor's zone. Therefore there are designated trails that guests can navigate through (controlled by the government and forest departments).

  • KBR National Park's biome is extensive:

The Kasu Brahmananda Reddy national park, which is also a semi-forest, is home to several incredible and unusual species of diverse animals.

There are 600 different types of plant life, including xerophytes, climbers, herbs, shrubs, and trees.

Numerous insectivorous plants, such as Acacia Campbell, sundew, and Drosera Flycatcher, may be found among this abundance of floral plants. Here, you may see over 130 bird species, 20 reptile species, 15 butterfly species, 20 different animal species, and several invertebrates.

  • Achieve your fitness goals:

It is a great area for walkers and runners, whether for the approximately 7 km long outside walking track or the inner mud trails where you may jog amidst the vegetation.

This park may serve as your training field if you ever decide to train for a marathon.

An open gym is located inside the park, where you may exercise while inhaling air that is rich in oxygen.

You may achieve your fitness objectives with arm training machines, air swings, cross trainers, and twisters in this open gym.

You can bring your yoga mats here and practice your poses.

  • Stay close to nature:

Apart from the lung space, what makes this park so enjoyable is the diversity of birds and flora one may view here. To feel at home in nature, walk with peacocks and spend hours finding uncommon birds and flora. You may sit with your team and have in-depth chats in the available tree homes, gazebos, and benches. People of all ages, young children and older folks, love coming here.

  • Grab a quick bite:

Additionally delightful are the food stands outside the park.

You can buy anything here, from chaat to sandwiches and paranthas.

So, once you've finished exploring the garden, have a bite to eat.

  • Sunrise and Sunset views:

Many people congregate in this park frequently for meetings and to use their creative muscles. The park is a lovely escape away from the rush of daily life, and it is visited by both residents and visitors to relax and rejuvenate in the settings of great environments and rich animals.
