Kastellet

Copenhagen's pentagon-shaped Kastellet (Citadel) is one of northern Europe's best-preserved strongholds. Built in 1662, the location serves as a public park occasionally used for military operations. You may stroll around the grassy grounds and see the moat, the windmill, the modest chapel, and the well-preserved barracks.
